Low cytotoxicity, membrane permeable, and live-cell compatible fluorescent probes offering increased brightness and two-channel imaging

• Miami Green (MG) and Miami Yellow (MY): nuclear dyes shown to be brighter than traditional stains such as DAPI or Hoechst
• Miami Orange (MO) and Miami Red (MR): allow for two-channel imaging of nuclear and cytosolic compartments via one probe
